1.Agreement and eligibility

By creating an account, purchasing access, or using Savetopod, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You must be legally able to enter into this agreement in your location. If you use Savetopod for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these terms for it.

2.The Savetopod service

Savetopod helps you save supported webpages and turn their content into structured audio briefings. Features, supported sources, generation limits, voices, and availability may change as the product develops.

Generated audio is created with automated systems and may summarize, reorganize, omit, or imperfectly interpret source material. Check the original source before relying on important medical, legal, financial, safety, or professional information.

3.Accounts and security

You are responsible for providing accurate account information, protecting your sign-in credentials, and all activity carried out through your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

We may require email verification or another security check before enabling account or payment features.

4.Your content and source rights

You retain the rights you already hold in links, text, documents, preferences, and other material you submit. You give Savetopod a limited permission to access, process, transform, store, and deliver that material only as needed to operate and improve the service.

You must only submit material you are authorized to access and process. Savetopod does not grant you ownership of source articles or permission to bypass paywalls, access controls, copyright restrictions, or a publisher’s terms.

5.Introductory access and subscriptions

Savetopod may offer eligible new users seven days of paid introductory access at a low promotional price. This is not a free trial. The introductory charge, renewal price, billing period, currency, taxes, renewal date, and included benefits will be shown before you confirm payment.

Unless the checkout screen states otherwise, the subscription renews automatically at the disclosed standard price after the seven-day introductory period and at the end of each later billing period until cancelled. Introductory eligibility is limited and may not be restored after use, cancellation, or expiry.

You may cancel before the next renewal through the available account or billing controls. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not normally reverse a completed charge or remove access already paid for, except where required by law or expressly stated at checkout. Payment processing may be provided by a third-party payment provider whose additional terms apply.

6.Acceptable use

You may not misuse Savetopod, interfere with its operation, test or bypass security controls without permission, automate abusive requests, impersonate another person, or use the service to process unlawful, harmful, deceptive, infringing, or unauthorized material.

You may not resell or commercially redistribute generated output unless your plan expressly permits it and you have all necessary rights in the source material.

7.Availability and changes

We aim to keep Savetopod available, but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Sources may block automated access, and generation may fail because of source restrictions, network conditions, third-party services, maintenance, or technical limits.

We may update, suspend, limit, or discontinue features. If a material change affects a paid subscription, we will provide any notice required by applicable law.

8.Disclaimers and responsibility

To the extent permitted by law, Savetopod is provided on an “as available” basis without warranties that generated output will be complete, accurate, or suitable for a particular purpose.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be excluded. Any liability will be limited to the extent permitted by applicable law and considered in light of the amount paid for the affected service.

9.Suspension, termination, and changes

You may stop using Savetopod at any time. We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect users, comply with law, prevent abuse, address non-payment, or enforce these terms.

We may revise these terms as Savetopod evolves. The updated date will appear at the top of this page, and material changes will be communicated when required. Questions may be sent through the support channel provided in the product.
